SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS


Do you charge shipping costs?

We charge no shipping and return costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for all non-discounted items (from € 99.00 order amount). The cost of returning items ordered with a promotional code is € 6.95 if you use our return label. This is not obligatory, you may also use your own shipping label from a chosen carrier (shipping is at your own risk, so it is best to send the package insured). For reduced items we charge € 6.95 shipping costs*. The costs for returning discounted items are € 6,95.  (*Note! If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping costs that may have been charged. If you return part of an order, only the purchase price of the item in question will be refunded and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer). You can use our return label (not obligatory) but you can also choose your own carrier or bring the items back to our shop yourself. If you use our return label, the cost of € 6.95 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded (again; only with discounted articles!) 



How do I know my order has been received by Marjon Snieders?

The order confirmation comes via email. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address. In our checkout we ask you to fill in your e-mail address twice to avoid spelling errors. Via the order confirmation e-mail we indicate that the ordering procedure has been successful and that we have received your order.

 


Can I have the package sent to another address?

Yes, you can. You can specify during the ordering process what the billing address and the delivery address of the order should be. If you wish to use a different address for delivery, you can also indicate this here.

 

With which transport company will the packages be sent?

We send our parcels within the Netherlands and Europe with DPD and to Belgium with the Belgian Bpost.

When will my order be delivered?

If you order before 3 p.m. on working days from Monday to Friday, the package will be delivered to your home within 1-3 working days. When you order after 3 p.m. and on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you can expect your order on Tuesday or Wednesday.

 

Where can I find the status of my order?

You can find the status of your order in your personal account. Our orders are delivered within the Netherlands and all other countries in Europe by DPD. To Belgium we ship the orders with the Belgian Bpost. We always ship orders as parcel post, so always with a track & trace code which you will receive automatically via email when your order is handed in to DPD. 

 

Track your order within the Netherlands

In that case you will see in your order status a track & trace number. With this number you can follow the shipping process of your order on the site of DPD www.dpd.com/nl/nl/ontvangen/volgen.

When your order has the status 'shipped' and it has been shipped with DPD, there will be a track&trace number behind the order number in the order status. When you click on this number, you will be able to see on the site of DPD where your package is in the delivery process.

It can happen that after clicking on the track&trace number, you get the following message: 'No shipments found for this combination' (this is the combination of the track&trace number and the postal code where the order should be delivered). This message can be caused by the fact that DPD has not yet processed the track&trace number. In that case you can check the status of your order the next working day.

When the same message still appears three days after shipping and you still haven't received your order, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.

 

What is the delivery time to a foreign delivery address?

For orders shipped to Belgium, the delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days. You can track your order to Belgium at www.bpost.be, by entering the barcode sent.

For the tracking of orders to other countries within Europe (delivery time approximately 5 working days), please check DPD www.dpd.com/nl/nl/ontvangen/volgen or contact our customer service.

 

How will my order be delivered?

Your package will be delivered by DPD within the Netherlands and Europe. DPD will offer the package once. If you are not at home at that time, a note will be left in your letterbox which will indicate the nearest DPD parcelshop where you can pick up your parcel.

To Belgium, your order will be shipped via Bpost. They also offer the package once and if you are not at home it will be delivered to the nearest Bpost pickup point.

 

Can I still cancel my order?

For each order line is an image of a "red cross" and here you can remove the order line.
If you still wish to cancel your order after having made the payment, please contact our customer service. If you mention the order number in your message, we will make sure the money is returned and your order will not be sent. Please do this as soon as possible, because we ship most packages within 24 hours after receiving the payment!
